The mission of MSAD #51 is to guide all students as they acquire enthusiasm for learning, assume responsibility for their education, achieve academic excellence, and discover and attain their personal best.

- MTSS: Meet Needs of Each Learner: Provide equitable access to instruction and learning opportunities for all students in MSAD #51 schools through and MTSS Framework that prioritizes giving each student what they need when they need it in their individual learning journey.
- One Community: Connected & thriving within and beyond school walls. MSAD #51 schools are a common connection point for all stakeholders, and promoting safety and belonging for all is the foundation of a healthy and productive school district where students can realize their personal bests.
