Scouting America, formerly the Boy Scouts of America, welcomes boys and girls to adventures that build friendships, confidence, practical skills, leadership, and a habit of helping others.
Cub Scout packs serve children in kindergarten through fifth grade, with outdoor exploration, hands-on projects, community service, and family activities. Older students can explore Scouts BSA troops, career-focused Exploring clubs and posts, and Venturing crews. Available programs vary by community.
Families in Cumberland and North Yarmouth can contact Mike Dutton, Casco Bay District Membership Chair, at [email protected] for help finding a local program.
