The Strategic Thinking/Planning Committee’s charge for the 2014-15 school year is to fulfill the Board of Directors’ approved Strategic Planning process in the following ways:
Plan and implement a Community Dialogue event on November 10, 2014, that solicits the input of all key stakeholders in the MSAD #51 community in defining the future work of the schools of this district;
Review triangulated data points from the 2013-14 Focus Groups, Community Dialogue event, and Superintendent’s Entry Plan, and identify large themes that resonate from that data;
Develop the overall Goals and corresponding Objectives that will define the umbrella for the district’s 2015-18 Strategic Plan; and
Facilitate the communication of the Strategic Plan to all stakeholders in the district’s two communities to ensure the plan’s transparency.
