About the Facilitators: Chris Kelleher & Heidi Randall Chris Kelleher works with Maine Boys to Men as a facilitator for Middle School and High School Programs and is also involved with Community Workshops and Volunteer Trainings. Heidi Randall is the lead High School Facilitator and Youth Engagement Coordinator. She organizes the High School programming and RSVP Youth Action Groups. She also leads Community Workshops and Volunteer Trainings. Since 1998, Maine Boys to Men has served entire communities by helping boys reach their potential to become emotionally healthy, respectful, non-violent men. They confront narrow gender assumptions that severely limit men and women. Maine Boys to Men empower boys and men to stand up as allies with girls and women in support of gender justice and to end gender based violence.
