Destruction of Student Records: Class of 2015

DESTRUCTION OF STUDENT RECORDS

Notice to all persons who attended MSAD #51 Public School in the graduating class of 2015 or to their custodial parents: MSAD #51 shall maintain permanently a record of a student’s name, address, phone number, grades, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed and year completed on our online data storage site.  Cumberland/North Yarmouth School Department may have the remnants of cumulative files in its possession for students in the graduating class of 2015 and will destroy such records after January 12, 2018. If you would like to have the remnants of your cumulative folder rather than having them destroyed, please contact the Greely High School Guidance office secretary, Anne Cornish at acornish@msad51.org by December 15, 2017 to make arrangements for obtaining the records  All cumulative file remnants not picked up by January 12, 2018 will be destroyed.
