Summer Yoga class

A morning yoga class has been added to the summer schedule through Cumberland Parks and Recreation. It will be held on Wednesday's at 6:15 am and runs for six weeks. It will be held outside on the track on nice days. If your interested it is titled:

"Moving through the Chakras"  Morning Yoga HMS
