National EMS Week is May 18th - 24th

Come meet your local rescue volunteer workers!  North Yarmouth FIre Rescue is hosting a weeklong series of events starting May 19th with an open house from 5-7:30 concluding with MEChips, a comprehensive child identification program sponsored by the Masons.

Schedule of events:
•   Monday May 19th 5-7:30:  NYFR open house with all equipment and a vitals check station. Photos with equipment. Adult 10 minute CPR.

•  Tuesday:  paramedic talk on the warning signs of cardiac arrest and stroke 6:30-7:30, vitals check station 5:30-6:30. Adult 10 minute CPR.

•  Wednesday: Nutritionist Kristin Perry talk with a vitals check 7:00-8:00. Adult 10 minute CPR.  Vitals check available before and after.

•  Thursday: Vitals check station 5:30-6:30. Adult 10 minute CPR.

•  Friday: VS 5:30-6:30, Adult 10 minute CPR.

•  Saturday May 24th 9-12pm MEChips child identification program designed to give families a measure of protection against the ever increasing problem of missing children.  The program consists of four major components:  A brief recorded interview, a four-position still photographs, fingerprinting and dental bite impression or cheek swab.
