Moving Through the Chakras Yoga Classes

Come join other teachers and get your dose of mindfulness in a yoga class offered Mondays and Fridays at 4:00 in the music room at Mable I Wilson beginning January 22nd. Option to do one or two days a week. All levels are welcome either Monday or Friday but Friday will be a more toned down slower pace class.  Sign up is through Cumberland Parks and Recreation,  class name is "Moving Through the Chakras" taught by Marianne Ricciardi.
