1.  Call To Order - by MSAD #51 Board of Directors Chairperson, John Aromando 7:22 PM.

2.  Approval of the Minutes Ð of the Board of Directors meetings held on November 17, 2003.

a)  Consideration and action to approve MSAD #51Õs portion ($5,512.45) of the new PATHS Part II

     program and equipment budget for FY 2004-2005.

                  b)  Vote to approve Greely High School Facilities Task Force recommendations

First Motion

1.  To direct the Superintendent to apply to the State for renovation funds as available for renovating the existing high school. 

2)  To direct the Superintendent to apply to the State in the spring of 2004 for construction money to expand the high school. 

3)  To begin using the Greely Junior High School 1950Õs wing on a temporary basis, not including the annex, in the fall of 2004 for high school needs

4)  To use any excess space at the middle school as available to address overcrowding at the high school.

To adopt the conceptual plan to go to a public referendum to fund high school space needs in the fall of 2005.  (Voted:  5-3)
