retain Payton Construction as the Construction Manager Greely Junior High School

and hereby is authorized to execute and deliver a contract for Construction
Management services with Payton Maine Corporation ("Payton") for the renovation
of the Greely Junior High School, which contract shall be in a form acceptable
to the Superintendent of Schools and which shall also provide for a Guaranteed
Maximum Price to be approved by the Superintendent of Schools. (Vote: 8-0)
b) Vote to approve
athletic co-curricular stipend position for the 2003-2004 school year.
