Our next Cumberland Substance Abuse Prevention Task Force meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 1st at 7:00 p.m. at the Cumberland Town Hall.
This will be an important meeting to solidify the plans for our upcoming community-wide event, 21 Reason: A Community Forum on Underage Drinking Prevention, with will take place at the Cumberland Town Hall on May 6 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. This is part of a national effort to encourage individuals, families, and our community to address the problem of underage drinking and to increase local community involvement in our efforts. We are hoping to have a lot of participation in the planning and implementation of this event from our Task Force members, so I encourage you to attend our next meeting to find out how how you can get involved!
